Wholesale Palms and Plants for Privacy Hedges including Podocarpus Hedges and Areca Palm Hedges

A Quality Plant installs hedges out of many different types of plants and palms. Typical hedges for central and south Florida include:

Other palms can be used including Arenga engleri /Dwarf Sugar Palm or the Caryota Mitis / Fishtail Palm.

Other plants can be used like the Viburnum suspensum or Viburnum odoratissimum and the Clusia / Pitch Apple.

In all cases, the budget will dictate the starting height for the hedge. Spacing can vary from 2.5 feet up to 5 feet on center. Smaller palms or plants on wide spacing will leave more area uncovered today.

A Quality Plant has picked up a couple high end residential jobs over the last month. Customers are taking advantage of our low wholesale palm pricing and then deciding to use us for all their plants! We have been busy. We installed Royal Palms, Foxtail Palms, Areca Palms and more at one customers home in Apollo Beach, Florida and Queen Palms, Silver Date Palms or Sylvester Palms at a home in Orlando, Florida.

Podocarpus were installed at both homes in quantity. The last job included 400 Viburnum!

Wholesale Queen Palms - Landscaping

Our Tree Farm did a few installations this past weekend including adding a couple large Queen Palms (Syagrus romanzoffiana) to this landscape in Riverview, fl. Queen Palms (Syagrus romanzoffiana) provide a nice tropical appearance with their long flowing branches yet are fairly cold hardy giving us the best of both worlds making them a great inexpensive choice.
