A Quality Plant, a wholesale Nursery and Tree Farm, delivered these two Florida Grown Medjool Date Palms to North Miami for installation at the entrance to a residential property.
The True Date Palms or Medjools, were trimmed with a diamond cut and matched very nicely. The customer was very happy with the date palms and A Quality Plant went on to make two other deliveries that day.
Commercially important as the producer of dates, Phoenix dactylifera is extremely variable with hundreds of named cultivars, which are propagated by suckers. It is also widely used as an ornamental.
