A spectacular hand selected load of Chinese Fan Palms (Livistona chinensis) and Ribbon Palms (Livistona decipiens, Ribbon Fan Palm)at wholesale pricing made our wholesale palm customer very happy! Chinese Fan Palms (Livistona chinensis), are striking in appearance, slow growing and very hardy, withstanding temperatures several degrees below freezing (USDA Hardiness zones 8b-11), this is one of the great cold hardy palm and drought tolerant palm tree choices.
The Ribbon Palm (Livistona decipiens, Ribbon Fan Palm) is another cold hardy palm tree that can reach heights of 50', prefers moderate watering but can withstand some drought after it's well established. Although it is slightly less cold hardy than the Chinese Fan Palm, doing well in USDA Hardiness Zones 9-11 it can be a great alternative to other cold hardy palm choices due to it's insect and disease resistance.
