When grown in full sun the Areca Palm will become more golden and when the Areca Palm is in more shade will become darker green. Either way, the Areca Palm is a beautiful addition to any garden.
The Areca Palm works great as a Screening Palm and as a Privacy Hedge Palm. They make a great accent palm too!

Do you know how far apart are these palms planted and how old they are?
ReplyDeleteAreca Palms can be spaced from 4'to 6' on center. Wider spacing is possible when planting mature 14 to 16' palms. We plant 15 gallon palms 4 to 5' apart and 25 gallon Areca palms 5 to 6' apart.
